Since then, it has become the most widespread program of its kind in Iceland with over 300 installed programs, and it is also used in many parts of the world.

Tero is a family business. Ásgeir's son Friðgeir has taken over the day-to-day operations and  Gróa, Ásgeir's wife, takes care of the company's finances. Ásgeir still manages the software development and ensures that Viðhaldsstórinn and other software from Tero meet the quality requirements he sets.
