Tero.Ops by Tero
IS EN
  1. Maintenance, spare parts, purchasing and project data from across the operation come together in a single operational view in Tero.Ops.
  2. The main engine on Vessel 1 has its own asset record, showing running hours, open jobs, upcoming maintenance, a critical spare, certificates and maintenance history.
  3. Exhaust temperature on cylinder 4 rises above the limit. The alert creates work request WR-0918, which is then converted into maintenance job JOB-2512.
  4. JOB-2512 requires an injector nozzle that is out of stock on board. Purchase request PR-0412 is created directly from the job, approved and converted into a purchase order. The part is then received into stock.
  5. JOB-2512 is completed in 4.5 hours. The work and parts used are recorded in the engine's maintenance history, and the engine returns to normal operation.
  6. The view expands: the main engine belongs to a vessel that is part of a wider operation spanning processing plants, an aquaculture site, a power plant and a pump station.

See what your operation needs next.

Tero.Ops is enterprise asset management (EAM) software that connects assets, maintenance, spare parts, purchasing and projects across vessels and sites — from the engine room to the office.

Frequently asked questions about Tero.Ops

What is Tero.Ops?

Tero.Ops is enterprise asset management (EAM) software from Tero for asset-intensive operations. It connects asset records, maintenance schedules and jobs, spare parts, purchasing, certificates and projects across vessels and sites in one system.

Is Tero.Ops only for fishing and seafood companies?

No. Tero.Ops is built for asset-intensive operations, including energy and utilities, manufacturing and processing, fishing fleets and aquaculture.

We use Viðhaldsstjórinn today. What changes with Tero.Ops?

Tero.Ops is Tero's new maintenance and operations platform. If you use Viðhaldsstjórinn today, we plan the migration with you, move your existing data into Tero.Ops and support your team through the transition. You continue working with the same Tero team.

Does Tero.Ops work offline at sea?

Yes. With Tero.Ops Embarked the system runs on a server on board. The crew keep working when the connection to shore drops, and data syncs both ways once it returns.

How do crews and technicians access Tero.Ops?

Users do not need to install an app or remember a password. They can scan a QR code on an asset with their phone and sign in using a code sent by email. Each user chooses their preferred language; Tero.Ops is available in Icelandic, English, Spanish and French.

How do we migrate data from Excel or an existing CMMS or EAM system to Tero.Ops?

We import your asset register, maintenance data and other relevant records from Excel or an existing system, then build the structure with you. For sister vessels and similar sites, the same foundation can be reused to shorten implementation.

See your own operation in Tero.Ops.

Book a demo and tell us about one vessel or site. We'll prepare part of the asset register before the meeting so you can see your own operation in the system.
