Yet equipment often shows signs of change before it fails. Condition monitoring and analysis can spot these deviations so that you can act earlier. The real value comes when the findings lead to a decision, a maintenance job and action.
Equipment expertise meets maintenance management
HD has worked for the fishing industry for years and built deep expertise in machinery condition monitoring and analysis. When measurements point to a deviation, HD’s specialists can find the cause, judge how urgently to act and follow the case through to maintenance or repair.
Tero has developed maintenance software for more than three decades, and Viðhaldsstjórinn is its well-known system. On that foundation Tero has built Tero.Ops, a new generation of maintenance and operations software. Tero.Ops keeps everything about the equipment in one place: maintenance history, jobs, spare parts and purchasing, ashore and on board.
From the first sign to the finished repair
